Employee Resource Groups Toolkit for DEI Practitioners

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) go by different names in different organizations: affinity groups, employee network groups, business resource groups, internal support networks, etc. This toolkit was built by the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion and provides the history and business case for Employee Resource Groups (“ERGs”), as well as practical suggestions and strategies for implementing and managing ERGs in your organization.
