Betsy’s expertise is examining patterns in data to reveal opportunities for action and shed light on the differential experiences among demographic groups that often go unidentified in standard employee surveys.

Anneke Beerkens is the Head of Inclusion and Belonging at Adevinta. A people person by heart, she is a cultural anthropologist, D&I ambassador, communicator and social mediator.

Chandre Torpet is an expert in D&I and inclusive leadership. She is the Founder and Director of Inclusive Matters, where she empowers leaders to increase diversity & lead inclusively focusing on business strategy and results.
