In this live event we discussed how Pulsely helps organizations assess their employees' motivation and skills to become more inclusive. Understanding your employees' mindsets enables you to meet them where they are, support them in becoming more inclusive, engage change agents, and guide organizational action.

During the event, we covered:

  • What is an inclusive mindset and how does it evolve over time?
  • Why is it important for both individuals and organizations to understand their inclusion competencies?
  • The 7 dimensions of inclusion competencies and the 4 inclusion perspectives
  • A case study of the inclusion competencies assessment in practice and its benefits to the organization

Betsy Bagley is Pulsely's Co-founder and DEI Director. She has over 30 years experience in data collection and strategy development.
